Legacy Townhomes

Legacy Townhomes consists of 94 townhomes located in five separate building situated throughout the master development. Total development size is 9.6 acres including right of way. Each townhome can be configured as three bedrooms and den or four bedrooms. Based on the Uniform Building Code, interior rooms that are sprinkled can be classified as bedrooms. Unit sizes are approximately 1700 square feet. Hardi Plank cement siding with a simulated stucco appearance, veneer block, and accent molding form the exterior of the two and one-half story homes. Hardi Plank is a non-combustible, low maintenance cement fiber material with a 50-year warranty. Each home has a front entrance with direct access to a neighborhood street. In front of each home is a lawn with a sidewalk connection to the entire Village. An underground, two car garage space provides direct access to each townhome.
