Legacy Apartments

Legacy Village at Apple Valley presents a new choice in residential rental homes. Legacy Apartment will compromise 204 apartment units located in four separate buildings situated along 153rd Street. Total development size is 5.14 acres including right of way. Each apartment building will consist of 3 to 4 floors of residential apartments with underground parking.
