Development Status

Legacy Village at Apple Valley is a mixed-use, pedestrian-friendly development comprised of:

• A mixture of owner-occupied and rental residential options including for-sale townhomes, rental apartments, condominiums and senior rental housing with services.

• Various commercial uses such as small retail shops and services, restaurants, office buildings, office condominiums and office space for lease.

• Walking trails that interconnect all areas of the development into a pedestrian-friendly environment.

• Public realm amenities include Legacy Lake and Legacy Park, outdoor plazas overlooking fountains, outdoor seating areas, prominent entry areas featuring extensive landscaping, and community gathering places.

Northern Section of Site:

Legacy Townhomes
These five initial parcels will be developed as 94 townhomes located in five separate buildings situated around the City’s $1.3 million, 3-acre Kelly Park.

Galaxie Mixed-Use
These three parcels are located along the western portion of the development on Galaxie Avenue.

Legacy Apartments
Hartford has recently submitted an application requesting approval for 204 units of high quality rental housing.
 

Southern Section of Site:

Regent at Apple Valley Assisted Living
Hartford has received all municipal approvals for the development of another Regent brand assisted living project.

Commercial Site

Overlooking Legacy Lake this site is a pad-ready parcel approved for a 10,000 square foot, two-story commercial and/or retail building.

Daycare / Office Site
This site is approved for a daycare or small office development.
