Kelley Park

The focal point of Legacy Village at Apple Valley is Legacy Lake, a 1.4 acre public realm amenity to benefit the residents of Apple Valley. It is a center of activity, bringing people together for year-round enjoyment.

The Lake is surrounded by walking paths, landscaping, and open spaces. Seasonal lakeside dining is offered by the adjacent Enjoy! restaurant. A lakeside gazebo serves as a meeting and gathering place for the community.

The City of Apple Valley is creating Kelley Park, a three-acre urban-style park within Legacy Village. It is currently in the planning stage with the City and promises to feature walking paths, picnic areas, landscaping and open green space. The Park will be connected by walking paths to all components of Legacy Village.
