Legacy Village is located southeast of the intersection of County Road 42 and Cedar Avenue in Apple Valley, MN. This site represents one of the last large undeveloped land parcels in this commercial area of the City. The development is located two blocks south of County Road 42 and is bounded on the east by Galaxie Avenue and on the west by Foliage Avenue. 153rd Street intersects the development as the dividing line between the south and north phases.

Located in the immediate area of Legacy Village are numerous restaurants, offices, and major retail developments. Most of these commercial services are within walking distance of Legacy Village.
