Legacy Village at Maplewood is located approximately a quarter-mile south of Interstate Highway 694 and west of Maplewood Mall. Access from I-694 is at White Bear Avenue or Highway 61. The site abuts County Road D between Hazelwood Street and Southlawn Drive, with Beam Avenue to the south of the site.
