Townhomes

A residential district comprised of townhomes within Legacy Village at Waconia is currently in the preliminary planning stages.  The street-facing homes, modest setbacks, sidewalks, and frequently-spaced street trees will create interesting, pedestrian-friendly residential neighborhoods. The townhomes would also be connected to mixed-use and open space districts of the development via sidewalks and trials.
