The Senior Housing Division of Hartford Group, Inc. develops assisted living facilities throughout the country. Each Regent building generally provides services for the following:

• Independent
• Memory Care
• Assisted Living
• Care Suites

Facilities range in size from 75 units to 175 units. Development costs for projects range from $15,000,000-$35,000,000. In many case, facilities are located within the larger mixed use communities development by Hartford Group, Inc.

Regent Communities, LLC, is seeking sites suitable for the development of senior housing facilities throughout the country.
