combination of residential housing, personalized supportive services and healthcare. Regent

Care suites may be the ideal solution for seniors challenged by chronic illness. The Memory Care component is designed for individuals suffering from the affects of dementia or Alzheimer’s.

The 40-acre master development is situated on the picturesque rolling hills in Inver Grove Heights at the NE corner of South Robert Trail
(Highway 3) and 70th Street. Walking paths and sidewalks provide connections throughout the development offering a pedestrian friendly environment. Residents will enjoy convenient access to Inver Grove Height’s newest mixed-use development, excellent highway access to 55, 61 and 494 as well as a bevy of nearby commercial services:

Project Construction and Unit Mix

The Regent at Inver Grove Heights will consist of 145 units located on
approximately 9 acres within the Legacy Village master development.
Approximately 85% of the units at Regent at Inver Grove Heights will
consist of one and two bedroom independent and assisted living units
while the remaining 15% of the units will be committed to one bedroom
Memory Suites or Care Suites. Units will range in size from 685 to over
1100 square feet. Underground parking is available for both residents and
staff.
The Regent at Inver Grove Heights will be constructed as four-story,
wood-framed building. Project materials will include a mix of hardy board
siding, brick and vinyl.
